This past month Crown Royal Maple had a shot crafting competition for their new line of whiskey.

The evening was a lot of fun for all involved as Crown Royal Master of Whiskey Gerry Graham led a tasting of the new Maple product, and mixology phenom Troy Sidle concocted sumptuous cocktails including The Crown Maple Old Fashioned.

Party attendees subsequently got in on the action by trying their hand at the shaker and creating Crown Royal Maple shots of their own. After more than 30 recipes were submitted, Katie Perkinson was crowned champion for her Easy Like Sunday Morning shot featuring Crown Royal Maple, pineapple juice, orange juice and lemon juice.

For her efforts Perkinson was awarded an amazing maple wood Gibson guitar.
